At DAYBYE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact.
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear, lingerie, cosmetics, personal care items.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products purchased during clearance or sale offers.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at admin@daybye.com with your order ID and issue.
- Share product images/video for verification.
- After approval, we will arrange pickup or guide you for self-shipping.
- Once received and inspected, refund/exchange will be processed.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for size or color (subject to stock availability).
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error, we bear the shipping cost.
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
